Menopause isn't just about
hot flashes and night sweats.

I hold a vision of peri- and post-menopausal women living healthy and happy lives while also moving through (or about to move through) the individually unique and unpredictable experience of menopause. My only aim is to help women in this stage of life gracefully project themselves as fully orbed, multi-faceted beings whose individual stories of sheroism are still unfolding. There’s no need to suffer in silence. I’ve created Crazy, Sexy, Menopause as a space for teaching and encouraging menopausal women to enhance their well-being by actively engaging these essential dimensions of feminine life:

  • Physical fitness
  • Healthy nutrition
  • Loving relationships
  • Positive attitude

I see myself in you – in your pain, in your unheralded power, and in your triumphs. I do a full-on happy dance whenever you reclaim and take charge of your own health and well-being. I am on this journey to help you get the results you want.

We create content around menopause that will educate so that peri- and post-menopausal women can live more vibrantly. The mission of Crazy, Sexy, Menopause is to change the paradigm of thinking toward health and wellness particularly where women are concerned.

Our intention is to inform women of ways to improve their physical, spiritual and mental well-being by promoting healthier choices. We provide holistic health services and wellness information to individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations in the furtherance of their wellness goals.

Crazy, Sexy, Menopause values kindness and compassion for all women having or learning about the unique individual experience of menopause. In support of these values:

Bette Vargas teaches women how to heal from the inside out. A certified holistic health coach, personal trainer, senior fitness, weight management and behavior change specialist, she has taught thousands of clients how to achieve lasting fitness and health. Through her unique Menopossibility ProgramTM, Bette coaches peri- and post-menopausal women how to prepare for menopause, by successfully integrating better lifestyle choices and fully engaging body, mind and spirit as an inseparable whole for total wellness. 

A champion racewalker and former USA Track & Field official, Bette has trained in some of the most exclusive fitness facilities from the Empire State to the Golden Gate, presented at conferences for major corporations and produced events focused on fitness. She hosts the Crazy, Sexy, Menopause YouTube channel and believes optimum health, true love and vibrant sex is possible for women at any age. She says, “Your dreams can come true. It all begins with intention.”
